About the project

The project started in January 2018 and is implemented by eight partners from Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa and Europe. The idea of SAMS has been born within the framework of the 1st phase of the Innovation Factory.

The results of SAMS are of major interest for stakeholders along the whole value chain of honey production. Therefore, SAMS technology will be promoted worldwide to potential users, e.g. beekeepers, start ups, associations or retailers.
